| 摘 要： | 中等职业教育是我国职业教育的重要组成部分,中职生的来源背景具有很大的特殊性。文章立足于中等职业教育层面,以24式太极拳为视角,运用文献资料法、观察法、逻辑分析等研究方法,深入探讨了开展24式太极拳教育的重要性以及发展之策略。研究认为：练习太极拳能提高中职学生的人文素质、促进身心健康,培养中职生的职业能力。中等职业学校开展太极拳要结合学生身心特点,正确审视太极拳的操化现象,切勿求全责备。
