| 摘 要： | 文件档案管理标准体系的构建是国家组织信息资源管理战略的重要组成部分,是国家信息资产有效管理、信息资源有效利用的根本保障。文章对英国文件档案管理标准体系及其构建机制进行了典型案例研究,在此基础上提出了文件档案管理的标准体系框架,并为我国文件档案管理标准体系的建设提出了参考性建议。

| Abstract: | Construction of records and archives management standards system is an important part of organizing national strategy for information resources management, and at the same time it is a fundamental guarantee both for effective management of information assets and an effective use of information resources. This paper provides a typical case study of the records and archives management standards systems of the United Kingdom and its constructive mechanisms, on which the author puts forward a framework for records and archives management standards systems and gives some recommendations for its use for the construction of the Chinese standards system of records and archives management. |
