贵阳市创新人才工作机制研究

摘    要:2007年贵阳市作出了建设生态文明城市的决定,生态文明城市建设需要大量各级各类的人才支撑。因此,如何不断创新人才工作的机制体制,努力培养和造就大批人才,合理引用外来人才,不断推进生态文明城市建设,发展生态产业,是该市迫切需要研究和解决的问题。对此,必须更新人才工作理念,破解人才短缺的本质问题,创新贵阳市人才使用、培养、激励、评价机制,积极打造贵阳市人才工作新机制。

Abstract:In 2007 Guiyang made a decision of constructing the civilized and ecological city, which needs the support of different levels. So it is critical in Guiyang to ereate personnel mechanism, responsible introduction of professions, promote the construction of civilized and ecological city and develop ecological industries. Based on these questions, we have to change the idea of personnel work, solve the problem of personnel, innovate the system of employing, cuhivaring, encouraging and evaluating personnel, and at last actively the new system for the personnel work in Guiyang.
