| 摘 要： | 物权立法是世界民法典的立法潮流,我国必须借鉴世界物权立法的先进经验,研究我国物权立法的现状,完善我国物权立法。在完善我国物权立法过程中,必须结合我国实际,确立我国物权立法的基本原则,在物权立法基本原则的指导下,构建具有中国特色的物权法体系的基本内容。

| Abstract: | Real right legislation is a trend oi world civil law. Our county must draw lesson from the advanced experience of world real right legislation, research the current situation of our country s real right legislation, and finally perfect it. In the process of perfection, combining the reality of our country, we must establish the basic principles of our country' s real right legislation, and under the direction of the basic principles, construct the basic content of Chinese - featured real right law system. |
