| 摘 要： | 立足长三角经济发达地区，分析高职院校数控技术专业人才培养和教学改革面临的困境，提出数控实训基地的建设是实现基于“工作过程”的校企合作和工学结合的关键。从人才培养目标定位角度提出数控实训基地设备的配置及基于“工作过程”课程的典型工作任务的设置，探讨包括校企共建机制、管理模式、教材与科研等方面在内的数控实训基地建设保障条件。
