| 摘 要： | 本文通过回顾广州海珠区南华西街数字化学习港典型应用示范点建设过程,分析了具有南华西特色的社区学习者特征,归纳了示范点实践中形成的学习模式、服务模式及管理模式;探讨了在广州创建学习型城市的发展战略为导向的大背景下,以电大和公共服务体系为依托,创建数字化学习型社区的建设模式及通过数字化学习港的实践探索提升电大服务学习型城市和学习型社区的能力的机制。

| Abstract: | This article starts to review the process to establish a trial e-Learning hub in Nanhuaxi Street,Haizhu District of Guangzhou and sums up the learner's characteristics,the mode of learning,management and service in the practice.Then it discusses the model to create a digitalized learning community relied on the public learning service system and TVU under the strategic direction to develop a learning-oriented city in Guangzhou. And it finally endeavors to explore the mechanism to upgrade the ability of the TVU to better serve the construction of the learning-oriented city and Learning-oriented community. |
