| 摘 要： | 最近几年高校的大规模扩招、资金的不到位等因素使许多高校文献资源量相距评估指标的要求差距很大,再加上评估指标体系的不完善等因素导致许多面临评估的高校图书馆的文献资源建设出现了失衡现象。文章分析了各种失衡现象及其产生的原因,提出了在评估的特殊环境下解决这一问题的对策。

| Abstract: | The gap between the indexes of assessment and the quantity of document resource has been widening because of the enlargement of enrollment of colleges and universities and lack of funds.In addition,imperfect of the assessment system necessarily leads to unbalance in the construction of document resources.This paper emphatically analyzes the causes of the unbalanced phenomenon,and proposes some solutions to the problems mentioned under the special environment. |
