| 摘 要： | 红河州矿产资源丰富,但在开发利用过程中存在着资源浪费和环境受损等方面的问题,及时研究和解决这些问题,对地方经济发展和社会进步具有极其重要的意义.文章从矿业规划、科学管理、提高利用水平、有效保护环境等方面提出了红河州矿业可持续发展的思路和对策.

| Abstract: | Honghe prefecture is abundant in mineral resources,but problems such as resources waste and environmental damage exist in the process of exploitation and utilization.To study and solve these problems timely are crucial for the local economic development and social progress.This paper puts forward countermeasures on the mining sustainable development of Honghe prefecture in aspect of:mining plan,scientific management,the utilization of resources and effective protection of environment. |
