| 摘 要： | 经济全球化就其实质而言就是全球经济的市场化，它给发展中国家带来了机遇，也带来了严重的负面影响。它使发展中国家存在着金融风险、民族经济遭受冲击、非公平待遇等影响，与发达国家的差距进一步扩大。因此，作为发展中国家的中国，应理性对待经济全球化进程，采取相应的对策，抑制全球化带来的负面影响，才能暨维护国家的经济安全，又促进经济持续健康的发展。

| Abstract: | Actually, economic globalizatlon is the market of global economy, It brings the developing countries not only opportunities but also negative effect, The developing countries may have financial risks. Their national economy will be greatly influenced and will lay far behind the developed countries, So, China should treat the economic globalization with reason, adopt corresponding countermeasures to restrain the negative effects. Only doing this, can we maintain national economic security and help to develop economy steadily and healthily. |
