| 摘 要： | 互联网成为公众舆情表达最为重要的传播途径,其影响已超出传统主流媒体的影响,而开放的信息平台,增加了新闻信息监管的难度。各种文化、情绪和倾向并存于网络,极易滋生极端的言行,其传播影响深远。本文揭示了网民的媒体选择习惯,网络技术能力、参与社交网络的类型等加剧网络社会人群的演化,网络舆情形成的内在规律,提出了网络舆情评价标准和原则。

| Abstract: | Internet is becoming the most important means of transmitting public opinion and its effect is far beyond the traditional mainstream media.But its openness also increases difficulties for the inspection of news and information.Different cultures and emotions on the Internet can easily trigger extreme words and deeds,which transmit and spread quickly.The article reveals that the choice of media,network technology ability and different types of Internet users speeds up the evolution of social groups.It also shows the internal rule of the formation of network public opinion and puts forward the evaluation standard and principle of network public opinion. |
