| 摘 要： | 通过访谈法、数理统计法和文献资料法,对居住在如皋地区的百岁老人的体育活动情况进行了调查与分析.结果显示:百岁老人们参加体育活动的时间充足,愿望强烈,参与率高.但他们对体育活动的认识不足,活动项目单调,锻炼随意性大,没有科学的理论指导.建议:重视社区体育的发展,以促进如皋老年体育事业的发展.

| Abstract: | Based on the methods of interview,documents research and mathematical statistics,the author made investigation and analysis on the physical activities of centenarians in Rugao. The results show that centenarians'physical activities are plentiful time, and participating in rate is high. However, they have insufficient understanding of sport activities. Suggestions :to pay more attention to development of community physical education. |
