| 摘 要： | 福斯特是当今世界最有影响的职业教育理论的学者之一 ,他提出 :职业技术教育的发展必须以劳动力就业市场的实际需求为出发点 ;职业教育的“技术浪费”现象在发展中国家更应该得到重视和解决 ;由于外部和内部的原因使得学校本位的职业学校“谬误”;职业教育的真正出路在于“产学合作”。本文根据福斯特这些思想 ,结合我国的实际情况分析了职业教育的一些具体问题 ,提出了一些对策

| Abstract: | Fost, one of the most influential scholars on the vocational and technical education in the world, points out that the development of the vocational and technical education must be proceeded from the actual demand in the labor force market, the phenomenon of the "Technology Waste" in the vocational and technical education must be attached much importance to and dealt with in the developing countries, vocational and technical schools with the schools as their focus because of the internal and external reasons hold fallacies, and the real future of the vocational and technical education lies in the combination of the production and learning. This paper, just referring to Fost's theory, analyzes some practical problems existing in Chinese vocational and technical education and puts forward new strategies. |
