摘    要:最新数据显示2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)及其并发症已成为导致死亡的重要因素,是仅次于恶性肿瘤及心血管疾病之后的第三大杀手。近几年我国糖尿病的患病率也呈持续上升趋势,其数量之多、增长之快已引起相关部门重视。大量临床研究表明合理运动可通过改善胰岛素抵抗、血脂代谢、炎症反应等途径有效防治2型糖尿病及其并发症的发展,但具体的作用机制目前并无定论,且不同运动方式间的作用机制也不甚明了。采用文献法对运动干预T2DM的相关机制及不同运动方式对T2DM的干预研究做较为详细的阐述,为运动防控T2DM的理论与临床实践研究提供参考。

Abstract:The latest data show that type 2 diabetes mellitus (Type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM) and its complications have become an important factor leading to death. It is the third killer listing behind malignant tumor and cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, the prevalence of diabetes in China has been on the rise, and the number of the patients and the growth rate of diabetes mellitus have attracted the attention of the departments concerned. A large number of clinical studies show that appropriate exercise can effectively prevent the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus and its complications by improving insulin resistance, lipid metabolism and inflammatory reaction. But the functional mechanism is not clear yet, nor is the mechanism between the different exercises. By the method of literature study, the paper elaborates on the different relative mechanism and exercises intervening in T2DM so as to provide reference for the theory and clinical practice of exercise preventing T2DM.
