| 摘 要： | 新时代中国特色社会主义理论基本确立了我们今后经济建设的总方针，发展民生事业和环境友好型经济发展模式等成为我国未来经济发展的主基调。运动休闲主题旅游区建设的思路在于，利用休闲运动项目的影响力，依托独特的自然条件，在远离城市的风景区建设运动休闲基地，并在基地建设相关旅游配套设施，使之形成运动休闲特色的风景旅游区。这样既满足人民对运动休闲的需求，同时可以进行绿色开发和利用自然资源，并进行环境保护宣传教育。为此，我们必须理顺土地资源所有权、投资权、经营管理权等关系，制定出一套行之有效、符合我国国情的运动休闲主题旅游区开发愿景。

| Abstract: | The theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has established the general principles for our future economic development. The development of the people''s livelihood and the environment-friendly economic development model has become the main tone of China''s economic development in the future. The idea of the construction of the sports and leisure theme tourist''s area lies in the use of the influence of leisure sports, relying on unique natural conditions, building a sports and leisure base in a scenic spot far away from the city, and building related tourism supporting facilities at the base to form sports and leisure features Scenic tourist area. This will not only satisfy the people''s needs for sports and leisure, but will also be able to develop and use natural resources in a green manner and conduct publicity and education on environmental protection. To this end, we must straighten out the relationship between ownership of land resources, investment rights, management rights, etc., and formulate a set of effective sports tourism leisure areas in line with China''s national conditions. |
