| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛"七一"讲话极大地丰富和发展了党的群众观点.这集中体现在:把坚持群众观点看成是区分唯物史观和唯心史观的分水岭;充分肯定人民群众的历史主体地位;指出"三个代表"重要思想的本质是立党为公、执政为民的观点;强调要细心研究和正确看待群众利益,并不断改进和加强党的群众工作.

| Abstract: | Hu Jintao's "July first" Speech enriches and develops our party's mass view in a great deal. The enrichments and developments focus on looking the mass view as the watershed of historical materialism and historical idealism, fully affirming the masses' main body position in history, pointing out that the essence of "three represents" is building up the Party for public and being in power for the people, and emphasizing that we should continuously improve and strengthen our party's mass work as well as study carefully and treat properly the masses' interests. |
