| 摘 要： | 根据我国高职院校人才培养的定位,职业技能培养是实现其人才培养目标的重要内容。当前高职院校职业技能培养的途径大致可以分为课内培养和课外培训两种方式,而培养模式可以分为渐进式、项目式和蛙跳式三种。

| Abstract: | According to the orientation o technical persons' training in higher vocational colleges,job skill training becomes an important matter to the object of.technical persons' training.Nowadays,the approaches of job skill training can be divided in two ways,one is in-class training,and the other is out-class training.There could be three kinds of cultivation modes which are the mode of gradual advance,of project and of frog jump. |
