| 摘 要： | 分析我国优秀运动员培养体制存在的主要问题:体教脱节,原运动员培养体制的基础受到削弱;政事不分,运动员培养难以走向健康发展轨道;资源短缺,普通学校培养优秀运动员举步维艰。探寻我国优秀运动员培养体制改革的目标、方向和时机,提出以人为本、公平竞争、市场经济和举国体制等改革原则,以及更新培养目标,转变培养方式,优化培养环境,拓宽培养渠道,强化激励机制,推进依法治体等改革举措。

| Abstract: | It analyzed the main problems existing in the system of training topnotch athletes in our country,such as the sport and education came apart,the original base of athletes' training system was weakened,the cultivation of athletes was hard to be put on the healthy development track,there were short of resources and it's very difficult for common schools to cultivate topnotch athletes.It probed into the objective,orientation and opportunity to reform the system of training topnotch athletes in our country,and put forward the reformatory principles of taking human being as a dominant fasctor,fair competition,market economny,whole-nation system etc.,and some reformatory measures,such as renewing the training objective,changing the training manner,bettering the training circumstance,widening the training channel,strengthening the inspiring mechanism,pushing forward the administration of sport according to law and so forth. |
