| Abstract: | The campus culture of higher vocational colleges possesses both common characters of higher colleges and universities,i.e.,technicality,leading nature,creativity,openness,and service,and its own bright characters,i.e.,the stronger business culture character.It should cultivate the students as the labors with productivity factors while carrying out the human-oriented education and managerial conception. |
