| 摘 要： | 核心能力是企业获得长期稳定竞争优势的基石。由于受到内部资源条件限制和传统观念束缚以及外部环境制约，西部民企普遍表现出核心能力缺失现象，这无疑严重制约其自身持续发展壮大。因此，培育和维持核心能力就成了西部民企能否走出西部、走向世界和永葆青春的关键。

| Abstract: | The core competence is the base for the enterprises to get the perpetual competitiveadvantage.Under the restrict of internal resource,traditional concepts and external environment,the non-government enterprises in Western Part in China are usually shortage of core competence which confinesitself continuous development badly.It's the key for the non-government enterprises in Western Part inChina to go out to do business that cultivates and maintains the core competence. |
