| 摘 要： | 建立社会主义和谐社会,创建学习型社会是全面建设小康社会的重要目标。为实现这一目标,必须大力发展继续教育,构建终身教育体系。要在对学习型社会的特征进行分析的基础上,探讨建设学习型社会对继续教育发展的要求与影响,分析制约当前继续教育发展的问题与对策,阐述构建社会主义和谐社会与学习型社会的关系。

| Abstract: | Building a well-off society in an all-round way has an important aim of building a harmonious socialist society and establishing a study oriented society.In order to achieve this aim,it is a must to develop continuing education energetically and to establish a lifelong learning system.On the base of the analysis of the features of study oriented society,the paper discusses the requirement and influence which comes from the construction of study oriented society to the development of continuing education,analyzes the countermeasure and questions which restrict current development of continuing education.The relationship between the construction of a harmonious socialist society and the construction of a study oriented society is expounded in this paper. |
