| Abstract: | The graduates often have trouble in looking for job s because the imbalance structure of people training and the games that are not co ordinate between the graduates and the employers under asymmetric information.Th e thesis analyses the difficulties with which the graduates in institutions meet when they look for jobs with the two theory,and explicate the countermeasures a bout how to obviate the drop of rate of employment of the graduates in instituti ons under asymmetric information. |
