| 摘 要： | 国家的战略意图和大学生＂村官＂的特殊身份,决定了考评机制的基层导向之重要。构建基于农村导向的大学生＂村官＂考评机制,需要以工作实绩和村民评价为主导,坚持业绩考核与综合评议相结合,发挥县级组织人事部门的指导监督作用,确立乡镇党委的组织实施地位并着重考绩的角色,加大村干部、党员与群众代表评议的权重,吸收大学生＂村官＂自身参与。

| Abstract: | The importance of the rural-oriented evaluation mechanism depends on the country＇s strategic intentions and University student ＂Village Official＂ special status. Building on the rural-oriented college student ＂village official＂ evaluation mechanism, needs to be mainly based on work performance and the villagers＇ evaluation ,the combination of comprehensive appraisal with work performance and the supervisory role of personnel departments. It also needs to establish the organization and implementation of the township party committee, focus on the role of work performance, and emphasise the proportion increase in the village cadres, party members and of people representatives .In addition, it needs to absorb collage student ＂county official＂ participation, to establish an open, transparent, orderly of the rural--oriented college student ＂village officials＂ evaluation mechanism. |
