| 摘 要： | 目的：调查浙江省金华市居民合理用药的知识以及选择和使用药品的现状，了解居民自我药疗的水平。方法：选取金华市的部分居民居住小区和部分社会药店为调查现场，采用统一方式，调查员入户访问和药店随机发放调查问卷表。内容包括：居民基本资料、合理用药的认知情况，购买药品考虑的因素、用药依从性、对药品说明书的认识。结果：发放问卷2185份，回收有效问卷1871份。被调查的居民中，只有16．0％的居民能正确理解药品不良反应的含义。79．3％的居民出现药品不良反应会选择停药和就医。76．2％的被调查者会阅读药品说明书，多数居民较注意阅读说明书中用法、用途和注意事项，药品不良反应阅读比例相对较少。结论：居民具备一定的合理用药知识。但存在一些误区．对药品不良反应知识欠缺。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate Jinhua inhabitants,knowledge of rational use of drug and the level of self-medication.Method: Structured interviews and dispatched questionnaire were carried out in urban districts and drug store in Jinhua.Some inhabitants for random samples were surveyed in each point.Result:1871 valid questionnaires were returned.16.0% of inhabitants understood adverse drug reactions.When the inhabitants encountered adverse drug reactions,79.3% ceased to take medicine and visited doctors.Conclusi... |
