| 摘 要： | 对我国优秀女子标枪运动员早衰的调查研究表明，我国优秀女子标枪运动寿命比世界选手平均少５．５岁，明显存在早衰现象。从训练学因素研究表明，导致我国女子标枪运动员早衰的原因是：运动负荷过大，基础阶段训练手段单一，大力量练习过多，运动年限较短，过于专项成绩，运动员损伤严重等

| Abstract: | The investigation on the Chinese elite female javelin throwers showed that the average sports life-span of the Chinese elite female javein throwers was 5.5 years shorter than that of the world-class ones. There was obviously a phenomenon of premature senility. The factors based on the study of sports training theory showed that causes of resulting in prematuer senility of the Chinese female javelin throwers were the excessive training loads, the single training means in the basic phase, the excessive heavy weight exercises, the less number of training years, too much of seeking specific results and serious sports injuries etc. |
