| 摘 要： | 成人高校图书馆的建设应是成人高校整体建设的重要支柱之一．随着知识经济的日趋临近，现代教育对成人高校图书馆提出了新的要求，而目前成人高校图书馆的现状，却不能适应这一要求，因此，必须提高各级领导的认识，提高图书馆工作人员的素质，从图书馆内部机构和管理体制等方面进行深化改革，达到优化服务的目的．

| Abstract: | The construction of the adult higher learning library should be one of the most important props in the overall construction of the adult higher As knowledge economy is drawing near, a new request is put forward. But the present situation of adult higher Learning libraries does meet the need of the request. Therefore, both of knowledge of the leaders at different levels and the qualities of the library workers must be improved. Reformation must be deepend from the internal structure and management system etc. And we'll achieve the goal of giving good services. |
