摘    要:本文在简要介绍了"人本管理"思想的主要内涵之后,指出在现今跨国大企业居支配或垄断下的广大中小企业,要从关系自身生存与发展的战略高度,从建立核心竞争力和长期竞争优势的理念出发,来重视和实行"人本管理",做到以"人本管理"取胜;并就中小企业如何实施"人本管理",提出了原则性的思路和一些具体的建议.

Abstract:This thesis, after briefing on the main connotations of the concept of People-oriented Management, points out that, in the present situation when the transnational corporations monopolize and dominate, the middle and small enterprises should take into their consideration the strategy concerning with their own existence and development, the building of the core competitive powers and the long-run competition superiority and focus on the practice of People-oriented Management to achieve successes. The thesis also makes some suggestions and principled ideas as to how to apply the People-oriented Management in middle and small enterprises.
