| 摘 要： | 从近年的大学毕业生就业反馈情况来看,非智力因素对于大学生能否在求职浪潮中脱颖而出、成功就业的影响较大。文章从就业指导角度探讨了当前就业形势下如何加强大学生非智力因素培养,从而提高就业指导的实效性,增强大学生的就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | From the graduate feedback in recent years,it shows that the non-intelligent factor is of great impact which can help the students break out and succeed in the job-hunting tide.This paper discusses how to strengthen the training of non-intelligent factors among college students under the present severe situation from career guidance,so as to improve the actual effect of career guidance and enhance the college students′ employability and competitiveness. |
