摘    要:教师是课程实施的主体,任何课程都要经过教师的理解与内化,才能转化为具体的教学行为。体育教师的专业化发展是保障新课程实施、促进新课程发展的关键,它直接影响着新课程的具体落实。从体育教师“专业化”的内涵以及如何提高体育教师“专业化”的角度,论述提高教师“专业化”的途径和方法,以满足新课程实施的需要。

Abstract:Teachers are the main force in implementing curriculum. Only after the comprehension and absorption of the essence of the curriculum can the effective teaching behavior be put into effect. The professional development of PE teachers is a key to the implementation and development of the new curriculum. It directly affects the execution of the new curriculum. In order to meet the need of implementing the new curriculum, the paper discusses the ways leading to the professional develop- ment of teachers from the angle of the connotation of professional development.
