| 摘 要： | 案例教学法是管理科学教学中的一种有效的方法,主要从展示案例、提出问题、分析讨论和引导归纳四个步骤实施自己的教学过程。它通过对一定情景的描述,有选择地把问题呈现出来,锻炼学生发现、分析和解决实际问题的能力。从社会保障学的学科特点出发,剖析了案例教学法应用于该课程教学时遇到的困难,并提出了相应的改善对策。

| Abstract: | Case study is a useful method in Management Science teaching.It carries out its teaching course by four steps: showing the case;raising the question;discussion and analysis of the question;drawing the conclusion.Through describing certain conditions and displaying intentionally-chosen problems,this method trains students abilities of problem-discovering,problem-analyzing and problem-resolving.Proceeding from the characteristic of "Social Security Study",this paper analyzes the teaching difficulties encountered when the case teaching method is applied and puts forward some countermeasures. |
