| 摘 要： | 后奥运时期我国竞技体育的一项重要任务是深化竞技体育社会化改革,以实现体育强国的发展目标。竞技体育社会化必须与法制建设同行,以法制作为保障。目前我国竞技体育社会化的法制建设比较薄弱,存在许多亟待解决的问题,但学术界对此研究相对较少,通过研究,提出了自己的观点和看法,为构建我国竞技体育社会化的法制体系提供参考。

| Abstract: | During the post Olympic time,one of China’s most important tasks is to deepen the socialistic reform in order to realize the goal of becoming a sport power.The socialization of athletics must to be done with the construction of law,but also shall be secured by law.However,at present,the law construction of the socialization of athletics is very weak in China,and there are still a lot of problems in this field.However,the research relating to this field is relatively few.By the research,the paper proposes its viewpoints so as to provide reference for the constructing the law system of socialization of China’s competitive sports. |
