| 摘 要： | 通过对我国足球职业化改革10多年来,职业足球俱乐部产权变更现象、原因及影响因素进行分析,并与国外足球俱乐部进行比较,客观地反映我国职业足球俱乐部产权变更的主要原因,及影响足球俱乐部产权稳定的因素。并提出尽快建立产权结构多元化、所有制结构多元化的股份制足球俱乐部;提高俱乐部的经营开发能力;制定前瞻性及可行性的法规及政策;创建良好的足球投资环境是我国足球职业化改革最高目标,也是足球俱乐部稳定发展的必备条件。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the phenomenon,causes and influencing factors of the changing of the property rights of the professional football clubs in the decade of the football professional reform of China.And it compares it with the foreign football clubs and truly reflects the major causes of the changing of property rights of China’s professional football and the factors influencing the stability of the football clubs.Then it proposes that to build the football club with multiple property rights and ownership structures,enhance the operation and development capacity of the club,issue insightful and feasible rules and regulations,create favorable football investment environment shall be the final goal of the football professional reform and the necessary condition of the stable development of football clubs. |
