| 摘 要： | 社会转型急需舆论宣传创新。舆论宣传创新的途径与方法主要有：转变角色与功能定位,传承中外优良文化,进行现代法治、伦理、政治思想启蒙,建构共享信仰和价值体系;改进信息筛选机制,应对大众网络挑战,重视受众需求,丰富传播内容,增加思想文化魅力和多种社会服务功能,提升综合竞争力;用权力制衡和公平公正等共享信仰和价值体系培养公民,化解政治认同和文化认同困难,促进社会转型。

| Abstract: | Social transformation is in urgent need of innovation in public opinion propaganda, changes in the role and functional orientation. It should inherit excellent Chinese and foreign culture, carry out modern rule of law, ethics, political thought enlightenment, and construct shared belief and value system. Moreover, it should improve information filtering mechanism to meet the challenges of the public network, pay attention to the needs of the audience, enrich the spread of content to increase the ideological and cultural charm and a variety of social service functions, and enhance overall competitiveness. Finally ,it should adopt shared belief and value system ,such as checks and balances and fairness and justice, to cultivate the citizens, to resolve the difficulties of political identity and cultural identification, and to promote social transformation. All of the above are ways and methods of innovation in public opinion propaganda. |
