| 摘 要： | 我国电子文件管理经历了从地方档案部门带有“区域性”特色的实践探索到国家层面的战略制定与推广的“国家化”过程,在这个过程中,“区域性”与“国家化”产生了冲突.为了化解冲突,实现电子文件管理国家战略目标,“区域-国家”整合势在必行.论文在梳理国内外研究现状的基础上,提出“区域-国家”电子文件管理整合研究的构架与设想.

| Abstract: | The electronic records management goes through from the "regional"characteristic practice done by local archival departments to the"nationalization"process in which strategy is formulated and promoted at the national level.In this process,"regional"and"nationalization"conflict.In order to ease the conflict and realize the national strategic goal of electronic records management,integrated management of"regional-national"is imperative.On the foundation of combing the research status at home and abroad,this article puts forward a research framework and assumptions on "regional-national"electronic records integrated management |
