| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国中等职业教育规模的发展轨迹是:1985-1998年连续14年持续上升、1999-2001年连续3年下降,2002-2009年止跌回升,2010年又开始下降。这一发展轨迹是在包括经济需求与国家政策在内的外部压力与内部逻辑的交互作用与影响下形成的。未来一段时期,中等职业教育改革应以服务经济为目标,发挥政策的先导与引导作用,进一步促进自身规模的发展。
