| 摘 要： | 高职院校辅导员是保证高职院校学生健康成长成才的重要力量,他们只有根据新形势的发展需要,不断调整工作思路,做到整体教育与个体教育的融合、课堂教育与社会实践教育的融合、科学教育与科学管理的融合、团队教育与目标教育的融合、网络教育与自我教育的融合,才能充分发挥好辅导员的教育功能和作用。

Only by adjusting their thoughts to the new situation, by combining group and individual education, class and society education, scientific education and management, team and target education, internet and self-teaching education can counselors play a full and effective role. |
