顶管接收端脱壳及混凝土浇筑关键技术

摘    要:针对上海轨道交通18号线下盐路站出入口不具备接收顶管机条件,须进行弃壳施工及脱壳后由于作业空间狭窄,模板支架无法安装、混凝土浇筑困难、接头防水要求高等技术难点,阐述了矩形顶管脱壳关键工艺及混凝土浇筑关键施工技术,为今后类似工程施工提供了可靠的技术经验。

Abstract:Aiming at the technical difficulties of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 18 Xiayan Road Station entrance and exit,including not having the conditions to receive the pipe jacking machine;having to abandon the shell while constructing;and because of the narrow working space after shell abandoning,the formwork support can not be installed,the pouring of concrete is difficult,and requirements of joint waterproof is high,etc,the key technology of rectangular jacking pipe shelling andconcrete pouring are describedin the paper,which provides reliable technical experience for the construction of similar projects in the future.
