摘    要:基于验证增强式训练提升篮球运动员体能及竞技表现功效,探索提高大学生球员弹跳、灵敏、动态平衡能力的新方法的研究目的。该研究采用文献资料法、实验测试法、数理统计法等研究方法,以绍兴文理学院28名校篮球队员作为研究样本,针对2019-2020年度浙江省ZUBA大学生篮球联赛赛前体能训练予以增强式训练。通过对实验前后以跳跃触墙高度、T型测试时间、八向稳定限度等跳跃、灵敏、动态平衡能力运动评估指标的分析。研究发现:1)增强式训练能够有效增加大学生篮球选手的垂直跳跃高度、缩短T型测试时间,增强式训练的频率、时间及强度是影响PT提高垂直跳跃高度的首要因素,其组合方式、设置顺序及对象特征等因素也会影响其它训练效益。2)增强式训练能改善人体姿势平衡控制与神经肌肉适应,其在整体、右方、左前与左后等方向的LOS测试表现,即身体双侧姿势控制及动态平衡能力等方面,应激机制与PT包含姿势控制与快速敏捷性转向动作(急停、冲刺与方向变化)有关。研究显示增强式训练能够有效提高大学生篮球运动员动态平衡与弹跳能力,可作为赛前体能专项训练方法。

Abstract:Based on validation of plyometrics enhancing basketball players’physical ability and competitive performance effects,this paper’s research purpose is to explore new methods for improving the college players’bounce,sensitivity,dynamic balance ability.The research uses the Literature data method,experimental test method,and mathematical statistics method,taking 28 of Shaoxing University’s basketball team as the research sample,and providing plyometricsfor the pre-match physical fitness training of the Zhejiang ZUBA University Basketball League from 2019 to 2020.Through the analysis of Sports evaluation index such as the jump,sensitivity,and dynamic balance ability before and after the experiment in the height of jumping to the wall,T-type test time,eight-way stability limit,etc.,this research find that:1)Plyometrics can effectively increase the vertical jump height of college basketball players and shorten the T-test time.The frequency,time and intensity of plyometrics are the primary factors that affect PT and increase the vertical jump height.Its combination method,setting sequence and object characteristics and other factors will also affect other training benefits.2)Plyometrics can improve the body’s postural balance control and neuromuscular adaptation.Its LOS performance in the overall,right,left front and left back directions,that is,the body’s bilateral posture control and dynamic balance ability,shows that stress mechanism is related to PT include posture control and fast agility steering actions(emergency stops,sprints and direction changes).This paper propose that plyometrics can effectively improve the dynamic balance and jumping ability of college basketball players,and can be used as an important method for pre-match physical training.
