| 摘 要： | 随着现代教育技术的发展,远程教育已经逐步成为贫困地区对中小学教师进行培训的重要方式,但如何促进其可持续发展还存在许多问题亟待解决。本文以我国贫困地区正在实施的各类中小学现代远程教育工程为切入点,就其发展现状、教师远程教育培训的特征以及存在的突出问题等进行了剖析,并从国家、地方政府、远程教育机构和项目学校四个层次提出了促进我国贫困地区中小学教师远程培训健康发展的政策建议。

| Abstract: | With the development of modern educational technologies,distance education has become an important way for training for primary and secondary school teachers in poor areas in China.It analyzes the development,features and problems in modern distance education in primary and secondary schools,and it also presents suggestions from four levels:national,local government,distance education facilities and project bearers. |
