| 摘 要： | 中国是世界考试的故乡。口试始于公元前686年(齐桓公元年)，笔试始于公元前165年(汉帝十五年)。自是而后，历代举行考试选拔人才，为营造公平、公正、平等选拔人才的环境，不断地改进和完善考试法令法规，探索考试管理的有效办法，积累了丰富的历史经验。明清时期中国的考试及其管理方法传人西方，为西方各国所仿效。

| Abstract: | China is the birthplace of examination.Oral examination started from 686 B.C.and pen examination started from 165 B.C.From then on,various dynasties selected men of ability by examination.In order to make a balance,fair and equal condition for selecting men of ability,they constantly improved and perfected examination laws and rules,investigated the effective ways to managing examination and accumulated rich historic experience.In the period of Ming and Qing dynasties the examination and its managing ways were passed to Western countries and were imitated by them. |
