| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国高职教育主要以就业为导向进行改革和创新，在改革的过程中仍存在一些认识上的误区，分析高职院校这些误区产生的原因，并提出相应的变革策略，以提高高职院校办学水平，推动我国高职院校持续、健康的发展。
