| 摘 要： | 中国共产党民主集中制建设的历史经验主要有:高度重视民主集中制建设;处理好民主和集中的辩证关系;加强民主集中制的制度化、规范化建设;加强中央权威,注意调动基层党组织和党员的积极性等.新时期,中国共产党认真总结这些经验,对进一步加强民主集中制,提高党的执政能力具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | The main historical experiences of the building of the democratic centralism of the Communist Party of China are paying great attention to the building of the democratic centralism, dealing better with the dialectical relationship between democracy and centralization, strengthening the systematized and normalized building of the democratic centralism, enhancing the central authority and paying attention to firing the grassroots Party organizations and members with enthusiasm for activities and so on. In the new period, the Communist Party of China should sum up these experiences seriously, which has great importance to further strengthening the democratic centralism and improving the ruling capacity of the Party. |
