| 摘 要： | 腐败洗钱是腐败活动与洗钱活动的交织体,是指隐瞒或掩饰贪污、贿赂等腐败犯罪收益的洗钱活动。本文在对腐败洗钱及其危害进行分析的基础上,剖析了反腐败洗钱对反腐败的作用机制,并利用国际透明组织的研究成果对我国反腐败洗钱的成果进行了经验分析,提出了加强反腐败洗钱的建议。

| Abstract: | Money-laundering is activities that corruption mingled with money-laundering, refers to the concealment or disguise of the proceeds of crime, such as corruption and bribery. In this paper, based on the analysis of money laundering and its harmful effects, analyze the anti-money laundering and the role of anti-corruption mechanisms, and the use the research results of Transparency International ,it proposes recommendations on strengthening the anti-money-laundering. |
