高职教育“企业本位”人才培养评价模式初探

摘    要:"企业本位"人才培养评价侧重于高等职业教育"高职性"的评价,同时兼顾其"高教性",其内涵主要体现在评价主体转移至企业,评价标准源自企业,评价方式与手段同步于企业。"企业本位"人才培养评价的实现,需要研究并建立切合专业建设的校企合作新机制,引入企业认证,完善和优化"双证书"机制及支撑体系,将企业因素引入到课程教学考核中,优化和完善顶岗实习机制,强化企业的主导,以实现真正的工学结合。

Abstract:The "enterprise-oriented" talent cultivation evaluation mainly focuses on the evaluation for "higher professional" of higher vocational education,meanwhile gives consideration to its "higher educational",the connotation of which mainly reflected in evaluation body transforming to enterprises,evaluation standard stemming from enterprises,as well as evaluation ways and methods synchronizing with enterprises.To achieve "enterprise-oriented" talent cultivation evaluation,it is necessary to study and establish new mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation suitable for specialty construction,introduce enterprise authentication,perfect and optimize "dual-qualification" mechanism and supporting system,introduce enterprise elements into curriculum teaching examination,optimize and perfect post practice mechanism and strengthen enterprises’ domination to achieve the real work-study integration.
