| Abstract: | In the beginning,the article has a review of the State-owned Commercial Bank Reforms process according to the four stages of Market-oriented Reform.Then the author put forward the five problems that the recent reform faces including the empty property right,the inadequate bank autonomy in management,too many non-performing loans,lack of Competition Mechanism and unfair layout.At last,primary speculation and operational suggestion was given according to the process and presentation of the reform. |
