| 摘 要： | 欧美发达国家在职业教育的培养模式及能力培养等方面，有许多值得借鉴之处。我们需要借鉴国外职业教育模式，结合我国职业教育特色，从能力本位层面上认识人才培养目标的内涵，优化培养方案，加强校企紧密合作，构建特色技能考核体系。
