| 摘 要： | 通过录像观察、数据统计，以参加第29届奥运会平衡木单项决赛比赛的8名选手为研究对象。对中外优秀运动员的成套动作编排情况进行对比分析和研究，发现中国运动员在单个动作的编排选择缺乏均衡性；连接类动作难度较大，但完成质量不高；上法采用难度较低，稳定性较高的静力性单动作；下法难度的选择等方面存在的相关问题。为运运员以后的参赛提供理论经验。

| Abstract: | Through the video recording observation and the data statistics,this paper made a contrast research in 8 Chinese and foreign top contestants who participated in the balance beam single item finals of the 29th Olympic Games.The result showed that the single movement arrangement choice of Chinese athletes lacks equalization and steadiness,the performance was not perfect. |
