| 摘 要： | 对水库工程而言,施工期洪水的排泄是十分重要的问题。处理不当就有可能使工程在一次洪水中功亏一篑。本文作者根据往年洪水发生的经验教训,预估施工期可能发生的超标洪水,对不同洪水频率形成的坝前滞洪库容作了推算,同时对相应的泄水设施的设计泄水能力及泄水过程进行了验算,为编制当年水库在施工期安全度汛方案作了依据考证。

| Abstract: | For one reservoir engineering, flood discharge in the construction is of great importance. The engineering will be destroyed in a flood without dealing well with. With years of experience, the author predicted the superstandard flood in the construction, and calculated the flood detention capacity, corresponding designed discharging capacity and discharging process under the condition of different flood frequency, so as to provide basis for compiling the flood control scheme for the reservoir. |
