宝鸡峡灌区渠道安全防护工程的设计

摘    要:宝鸡峡渠道安全防护工程是陕西省政府、水利厅推出的一项"民心工程"。对宝鸡峡灌区重点渠段,增设安全防护设施,消除隐患,保证行人车辆安全通行。渠道安全防护措施设计,坚持因地制宜,因害设防,分段布置,依靠科技进步和技术创新,结合当地实际情况采用不同形式的防护设施,宜栏则栏、宜网则网、宜树则树。本着对生命安全高度负责的态度,以人性化管理理念、思路,突破以往技术规范的限制,创造性解决了渠道安全防护问题,为全省灌区渠道安全防护工程建设积累了经验。

Abstract:Baojixia channel security protection is a project launched by Shaanxi provincial government, and Water Conservancy Department, focusing on the major channel protection, eliminating hidden dangers, to ensure safe pass of pedestrians and vehicles. Different channel safety protection measures were adopted in accordance with local conditions through scientific and technological innovation. Human-oriented ideas and management concept changed traditional limits and solved the problem of channel safety protection.
