| 摘 要： | 新媒体技术的广泛应用及其构建起来的网络化世界不仅给人类生活带来欣喜和愉悦,也向传统的社会控制模式提出挑战.作为社会控制的主体之一的地方政府,必须寻找到合适的角色定位并进行相应的功能调适,从而更好地实现新媒体环境下的社会控制.
