| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问座谈等方法,分析现阶段普通高校开设的体育保健课现状,从构建体育保健的基本目标、教学组织和教学方法、评价体系几方面进行分析,提出相应对策。全面培养保健班学生的保健意识和保健能力,贯彻健康第一的指导思想。

| Abstract: | This article adopts the methods of literature reference,questionnaire, interviews and so on,analyses the status quo of offering the course of physical health care in general universities,approaches the theme from constructing the basic goals,teaching organization and teaching methodology,and produces corresponding strategies.It concludes that the universities should cultivate the sense and ability of health care in students in an all-around way,and carry out the guideline of Health First. |
